The Karamu Golf Club was established in February 2011 and takes its name from the Karamu Stream which meanders around the course. The club is based on a 9 hole privately owned public golf course called Golflands which is situated 5km north of Hastings on SH 2 at Mangateretere. Although the course is only 9 holes we have different tee positions on most holes when playing the back nine. The course is quite tight with both internal and external out of bounds. We are focused on developing a family orientated atmosphere that encourages players of all ages and ability to join.
